Common questions

How do I cancel Blundr Pro?

Open your pricing page while signed in and click “Manage subscription”. You'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel, change your card, or download invoices. Your Pro features stay active through the end of the current billing period.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?” — we'll email a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute, or write to support@blundr.co for a manual reset.

The AI coach said something that doesn't look right.

The AI coach is grounded in Stockfish + your full game state, but it occasionally still drifts. If you spot a clearly wrong claim (a piece on the wrong square, a recommendation that contradicts itself), email us a screenshot and we'll feed it back into our tuning. Stockfish's evaluation of the position is always authoritative — trust the engine arrows over the chat copy when they disagree.

Why was my account muted or banned?

We act on user reports for harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam, or cheating. If you believe a moderation action was made in error, reply to the email we sent you (or write to support@blundr.co) with your username and we'll review it.

How do I delete my Blundr account?

Self-serve in the app: go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account on the web or in the iOS app. You'll re-enter your password to confirm, and we'll send a confirmation email immediately. We scrub your personal data right away and finalise removal within 30 days (some payment receipts are retained for legal / accounting reasons — see Privacy). Prefer to have us do it? Email support@blundr.co from the address you registered with.

The iOS app won't connect.

Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If you're on a corporate or VPN network, our API (blundr-api.fly.dev) needs outbound HTTPS. Pull-to-refresh on the dashboard usually re-establishes the session; if it doesn't, sign out and sign back in.

Status

Service updates are posted on our X / Twitter account when something is broken on our side. If you can't reach Blundr at all and the status page is silent, please write to support@blundr.co and we'll investigate.
